Pork N' Beans

It has been said that art decorates space while music decorates time, and while this simple and potent saying holds much truth, it fails to paint the full picture. Through lyrics, instrumentation, effects, rhythm and all the tools the musician may employ, they hold the power to pull you into a space somewhere between this reality and complete imagination.    

Since 17, when I finally bought my first beat pad, it quickly became clear just how high the ceilings were of what I could express through my music.  

My motivation in making music is to create something undeniable. Like Michelangelo said: "I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I set him free". The more attention applied to every detail, from bars to beats, minimalist or maximalist, the more the stone can come to life.   

The number of hours and amount of effort it takes to form these ideas into impactful and polished experiences can be many, but the reward is well worth it.
